McKenna Foundation’s 3rd Annual Bowling for Babies Fundraiser Hits Record-Breaking Milestone
On May 17, 2025, the McKenna Foundation hosted its 3rd Annual Bowling for Babies Fundraiser—it's biggest and most successful event to date. Drawing 120 bowlers, double the turnout of the previous year, the event raised over $60,000 in support of the Foundation’s expanding projects.
Proceeds benefited Evan’s Gift, the NICU Outreach Program at Northwell Health’s Staten Island University Hospital, which officially launched on March 21, 2025. This year’s fundraiser also contributed to a transformative $2 million pledge to build a new, state-of-the-art Pediatric Center at SIUH. The McKenna Foundation is proud to partner on this major project alongside The Joseph Maffeo Foundation, The Grzelak Memorial Fund, and Macen’s Way.
With growing support and a shared mission to improve the lives of newborns and children on Staten Island, Bowling for Babies continues to be a heartfelt celebration of impact, hope, and community.
